🔹Duck Braised Rice (Large bowl $60, Small bowl $50)

  • The braising sauce is salty and savory just right; it doesn’t get tiresome after a few bites, and there's no pressure to finish the whole bowl of rice. It’s really good! The duck meat isn't tough, making it easy to chew, and it has a nice texture—it’s not dry at all.

🔸Angelica Duck Offal Soup $55

  • The herbal flavor of the soup isn't too strong; it goes down smoothly. There are plenty of ingredients inside, and the duck intestines and duck gizzards are very clean, with just the right amount of ginger shreds.

🔹Side Dishes

  • The braised cabbage isn’t greasy, and its flavor is rather mild. It's been cooked a bit too soft; unfortunately, it doesn't have the fragrant taste of mushrooms and dried shrimp.
  • Dragon beard vegetable, bitter melon, green beans, and blanched greens are simply seasoned and taste normal.

🔅 When entering the restaurant, you basically find your own empty table, but since we went and only the bar was left, the staff proactively said they would help us switch to a four-person table when guests leave.
