📍Location: Bali, Indonesia
This is a mysterious little restaurant hidden in an alley.
The restaurant doesn't have actual walls; it only has a few supports and relies on climbing plants that reach the roof to form a natural barrier. Due to a bit of neglect in trimming, the restaurant is quite inconspicuous, making it almost hard to find.
Upon entering, you discover a whole new world inside—it's truly a restaurant! 😆 There aren't many seats, but the spacing between them is quite generous, giving it a spacious feel. Although it's not easy to spot in the small alley, it is always packed during dinner time.
Dining alone today, this place mainly serves Indonesian cuisine, but after eating it for several consecutive days, I just couldn't take it anymore. 😩 So I decided to do takeout:
-House Burger (IDR 70,000)
The burger is loaded with large slices of cheese and beef, crispy onions, pineapple slices, and some lettuce. It’s quite a big burger, but it doesn’t stack high, making it easy to take a bite. The beef is thick, very juicy, and delicious! The balance of the salty cheese and the sweet fragrance of the pineapple is excellent, giving it a tropical flavor. The burger itself doesn't have any special sauces; the combination of these ingredients makes it taste great, which really surprised me. I didn’t even use the mustard and chili sauce packets that were provided on the side.
I’ve previously tried the Indonesian dishes here, which were also great, and this time trying their Western dishes didn’t disappoint me either. Stepping away from Indonesian cuisine and suddenly having a different kind of burger dish felt like redemption.
Although the restaurant's decor is somewhat simple, the quality of the food is very good, and the prices are quite reasonable, making it overall a great value. I give it 4 stars! 🌟 Recommended! 👍
