Being able to enjoy a quiche at a café is such a delight!! The combination of kimchi and pork is a classic that never fails, paired with the multi-layered quiche, the texture is super crisp! The egg custard isn't the incredibly tender kind, but it complements the texture wonderfully!

Cold ice cream paired with a warm brownie beneath creates a harmony of contrasting temperatures in the mouth. Unfortunately, the brownie crust isn't very crunchy, but the chocolate flavor is very rich! The vanilla ice cream is topped with lemon zest, adding a lemony aroma when eaten together!

I've often had honey cake, but this is my first time trying it half-baked! The texture is super unique, with a rich honey center that resembles the texture of a sweet potato—also having a slight sweet potato aroma. The texture is stickier, yet very fluffy.
