An incredibly impressive roasted meat shop 🇭🇰🍖
I'm really satisfied with my first meal in Hong Kong at this roasted meat shop 🤤🤤
On a weekday afternoon, around 1 PM, there were a few Hong Kong office workers in line, and it took about five minutes to be seated.
The seating area this time was quite unusual 🤣—it's in a section walled off in the back of the restaurant, if it were a normal seating area, it would feel more refined.

🦢 Big Roast Goose Rice ($88):
The skin of the goose is extremely shiny 🤩. When you take a bite, the outer skin has a slightly crispy texture! The goose meat is also tender and not tough, and it’s at a very high and impressive quality level. It pairs well with the accompanying sour and spicy plum sauce.
The portion of rice is very, very generous! For two people, sharing one meal was just right.
🥓 Regular Double Combo - Signature Char Siu + Golden Roast Pork Belly ($98):
The regular combo means ordering meat separately.
These two are my favorites 😻; it's my first time trying such delicious roasted meat.
You can taste the honey glaze seeping from the outside in the char siu, which gives the meat a lot of variations in texture.
Roast pork belly is the Taiwanese version of crispy roast pork.
This piece of meat has distinct layers, and they complement each other perfectly 😚😚—it’s completely not greasy at all.
What’s most unforgettable is the crispy, thick skin that actually resembles a cookie in its crispiness. Aside from the outer skin, the other parts of the meat are fresh and tender.
