This time, I visited the Carrefour at Zhonghe MRT Station, and they have a KFC inside the store.
I happened to take advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free on the Chocolate Lava Trio Tart and the Snowflake Cheese Crispy Chicken promotion.

Review:
Chocolate lovers may enjoy this tart. If you like gooey fillings, it's best to eat it while hot, as it will solidify in the winter. Eating it fresh, you get the sweet and creamy texture of the tart, but it might be a bit too rich. The chocolate overpowers the aroma of the original tart, and by the end, I still prefer the original flavor. The other tart, stored in the fridge at home, has a different taste.
In conclusion, the original tart wins! However, with the discount, everyone can still give it a try to see if they like it.
As for the Snowflake Cheese Crispy Chicken + Green Pepper + Small Fries + Cola: $144, this is a coupon meal. I decided to upgrade and try the Snowflake Crispy Chicken. It tastes like cheesy Cheetos wrapped around fried chicken—pretty good, like BBQ-flavored fried chicken. However, I might prefer BBQ fried chicken more. But considering the budget, KFC is a wallet-friendly option.
This KFC's fried chicken is much better than the one in Jingmei! XD Even though it's a chain, there can still be differences.

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes, especially during meal times, where you may have to wait longer.
