Dessert shop ~ It's so special to have desserts at a dinner place. I was full to the brim and I don't even know why, hahaha~ Every dish is exquisite and unique. The presentation at the counter is like watching a performance, very professional and consistent. The explanations of the dishes are clear and straightforward, and the taste... well, you have to try it to really know. The environment is upscale, refined, hygienic, and tidy. It was a wonderful experience.

以fine dinning 樣式來設計的高端甜點店,以套餐形式為主,每季都會更換菜單。 -[沙拉、蛋、穀片粥與茶] -豆豉麻醬蔬菜沙拉-一上桌最明顯的香氣就是麻醬的香味,不過麻醬表現中規中矩。裡面的蔬菜用了十幾種,每一種蔬菜不管是風味或是口感上都大有不同,除了西式沙拉會出現的菜以外也有添加中式的韭菜龍鬚菜等,多了一些趣味。不過沙拉當中最驚豔的是小黃瓜的果昔,非常清涼,有喚醒味覺的感覺,微甜,可惜很快就融化。第二個亮點是豆豉粉,為整到沙拉添加一種煙燻風味,很不錯。 -地瓜薏仁粥-粥煮的偏黏稠,有加薏仁多了一些Q的口感。中間放了一大球地瓜泥,地瓜泥本身是比較甜的大約六七分甜,整體比較像在吃甜粥的感覺,還可以搭配旁邊的堅果水果。 -“鹹”水煮蛋-亮點菜色!是使用真的鹹蛋黃,鹹度滿高的,但旁邊蛋白的感覺又非常綿密又帶一點甜感,兩者中和起來很好吃! -早餐茶-以咖啡方式模仿早餐茶的感覺,比較沒有那麼濃烈感,帶一點微酸的感覺 -[肉與油脂、麵包、紅酒] -臘腸、白火腿、腐乳醬-臘腸屬於鹹味比較重的。白火腿是西班牙白火腿,吃起來不油軟嫩,很好咬斷。點綴在丹麥旁的腐乳醬是畫龍點睛的感覺! -丹麥盅-個人工作室順流出產!第一次吃到這麼酥脆的丹麥外殼,重點還不油膩。平時吃到這種需要填裝東西的丹麥會因為底部要壓平而失去丹麥層次感且會變得油膩,但他們家的完全不會!甚至還帶有彈性!覺得很厲害! 裡面放入與艾許奶油拌炒過後的蘑菇,是很不錯的鹹點! -紅酒-本日三杯飲品當中最喜歡的!顏色調整的與紅葡萄酒超像,味道則是偏甜的葡萄酒,同時還有氣泡水的碳酸感,讓搭配比較重口味的丹麥盅非常解膩! -Parfait[菸與咖啡] 草莓 -咖啡凍-整杯裡面最喜歡的元素,非常濃郁煙燻感的咖啡味,口感是剛好滑入口中化開的感覺! -迷你可頌-順流出產。真的是大可頌的縮小版。口感偏餅乾的脆硬,但咬開可以看到裡面的層次非常漂亮! -細狀千層-這次放的千層棒比較偏酥口感,沒那麼硬脆 -煙燻橄欖油-突然會有一口吃到橄欖油的時候會有一種不同味道的轉換,也是畫龍點睛的感覺! -薰衣草冰淇淋-有淡淡的薰衣草味,反而更能撐托出咖啡凍的煙燻感
