At four in the morning, there was a huge crowd waiting in line, which shows that this is not an ordinary restaurant. The entrance is decorated with numerous awards from various competitions and recommendations from celebrities, which should not be underestimated.
This time I ordered the premium beef soup, which costs three hundred NT dollars. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but after taking the first bite, my impression completely changed.
The beef is incredibly tender, with a bit of blood, but it has no fishy taste at all. The soup is thick and sweet, yet not overly rich, truly amazing!
As for the minced pork rice, I personally find it average, with no particular strengths or weaknesses; it’s quite palatable.
The stir-fried cabbage with beef was also nice; it brings out the fresh sweetness of the cabbage completely. You can really feel that the beef in the cabbage and the beef in the soup are different grades, but the beef in the cabbage is also very tasty.
Besides having to wake up early to queue, I personally think this restaurant has no significant drawbacks. Moreover, parking nearby is very convenient. The restaurant, while a bit crowded inside, does not affect the quality of the food at all. I truly highly recommend it!
