▶Avocado Smoked Salmon Sourdough Bread $300◀
Their sourdough bread isn’t too sour, and the crust is crispy while the inside is soft—it's easy to bite into. There’s a generous amount of smoked salmon on top, six slices! It’s paired with avocado and a soft egg, and the side plate has mixed greens. The sauce on the sourdough is yogurt, different from the sauce for the salad!
▶Steak Brunch Plate (Vinaigrette) $380◀
The wing rib steak is very delicious! If you love beef, you’ll definitely enjoy it, cooked just right! It comes with scrambled soft eggs and small bread rolls, so you can make a little burger yourself! The potato cubes are crispy on the outside but not greasy!
▶Australian Brunch $360◀
Australian brunch is something I’ve missed a lot since coming back to Taiwan! The stir-fried mushrooms are truly the essence of the dish, and the potato pancake is crispy and delicious! It’s small so it won’t be too heavy, but unfortunately, the bread isn’t sourdough, it's a small croissant.
▶Ice Cream Brownie Cake $150◀
The brownie is super rich, with a strong chocolate flavor and walnuts inside! However, with ice cream on top, it’s overall on the sweeter side, which pairs perfectly with black coffee! The texture is very dense, leaning towards the experience of soft chocolate! I really like it!
▶Basque Cheesecake $120◀
At first glance, it looks like a simple Basque cheesecake, but it has two distinct textures. The bottom and top layers have more of a cake texture, while the middle is semi-cooked, extremely smooth and dense, very soft! Plus, the cake has a subtle lemon flavor that balances out the richness of the cheese.
▶Black Americano $110 (Iced) ◀
▶Chocolate Marshmallow $150 (Hot) ◀
I originally thought the marshmallow would be big, but it's actually small, so when you drink it, you occasionally get bites of marshmallow. Since it's hot, it melts in your mouth as you enjoy it.
