▶ Rich Fragrant Milk Cheese Ramen $165 ◀
The broth for this flavor is relatively light, and the milk taste is not too strong at the first bite, but the milky aftertaste is quite prominent. There are cheese strips added, so there's a little bit of stretchiness—but not too much! The char siu has two slices, with a good balance of fat and lean meat, along with dried bamboo shoots and a delicious soft-boiled egg!
▶ Golden Handsome Salted Egg Yolk Ramen $175 ◀
I found the salted egg yolk flavor quite novel! It's the first time I've tried this flavor of ramen, and the broth really does taste like salted egg yolk, very reminiscent of eating salted duck eggs, but it works well! You can also see tiny bits of salted duck egg in it.
▶ Spicy Fragrant Sichuan Grilled Beef Ramen $195 ◀
The Sichuan taste of the broth is very fragrant, but it is definitely not spicy; instead, the noodles have a slight kick to them, and the grilled beef has a very pronounced smoky flavor, which is fantastic!! Plus, there are a lot of slices!
▶ Grilled Bacon and Garlic Clam Ramen $250 ◀
Normally, when having garlic clam flavor, it's usually in hot pot or pasta, but it's also quite fitting on ramen. It has a rich garlic flavor and many plump clams, but this particular bowl is relatively saltier compared to other flavors, making it suitable for friends who enjoy stronger tastes.
