I arrived early in Zuoying, and since the next location wouldn’t open so soon, I only had choices like McDonald's, Starbucks, and MOS Burger. I just happened to remember that I couldn't buy the pancake burger when it first came to Taiwan, so this time I decided to try it without having to queue early in the morning. I had it once in Japan before, but honestly, I didn't have much impression of it because I had eaten too many things around that time.

It was quite a big one when I picked it up, and the pancake had maple syrup inside. The whole combination was pretty delicious with the sweet and savory flavors! My family thought it had a spicy taste; at first, they thought it was cinnamon, but after tasting it more carefully, it should be the seasoning of the pork patty itself. I felt it didn’t significantly affect the overall flavor.

The hash browns were very crispy and delicious, and I’m sure everyone has had the chicken nuggets before, but we all felt that the fried items from this place had a slightly salty taste and were fried for a longer time.

I hadn’t had caramel milk tea in a long time; it seems like it wasn't as good or rich as I remembered. It had a taste that was a bit too sweet but not overly sweet.

Overall, I think the pancake burger is worth trying if you don’t have to wait in line.
