In popular local restaurants, almost all the customers are locals. Even in the evening, they are still packed. Many Japanese people take a ticket and leave first because it’s convenient to receive notifications on their mobile phones. The environment is bright and clean, and it is said that waiting for about forty minutes is considered fast.
The variety of dishes is rich, with many fresh local ingredients that are really delicious. There is a wide range of shellfish options, and they are all very tasty, which I really enjoy. I personally think the prices are not cheap, but the high quality makes them relatively reasonable and acceptable, which explains why locals are willing to wait in line.
