I ordered the limited edition beef and egg ramen.
The bowl arrived in about 7 minutes.
The noodles are topped with beef, seaweed, green onions, grated yam on the spoon, and egg yolk in the center.
The noodles were thin and wavy, and had a soft texture as if they had been boiled until soft, but they also had a unique firmness and were chewy and satisfying to chew.
The soup is soy sauce-based and has a light, simple flavor.
The meat was cooked until tender, and when it was mixed together, the sticky grated yam and the refreshing green onions made for a refreshing dish that was perfect for summer.
