I have heard about this beef noodle battleground for a long time. Today, I finally have the chance to try it out!

This time I ordered:
⭐️ Beef Noodle (Small) 💰110
I was surprised when it arrived; the portion was unexpectedly large. The beef chunks were whole pieces, and the noodles were like ramen. The broth was not overly salty. There was also spicy beef oil and pickled vegetables on the side that I could add. Although it's called spicy beef oil, it wasn't too spicy when I tried it. Once added, it made the broth even richer. The noodles were chewy, making me want to have one bite after another.

⭐️ Various Side Dishes 💰30 per box
I ordered Taiwanese pickled vegetables, pig ears, and phoenix claws. The pickled vegetables were sweet and sour. The pig ears had a strong five-spice flavor. The phoenix claws were slightly spicy. All of them were delicious side dishes!

In summary, it's a beef noodle restaurant with a very high value for money. I will definitely visit again!

小吳牛肉麵位於萬華區的洛陽街,旁邊就是準備拆除的西寧國宅,離台北車站跟西門町核心區的步行差不多都是10分鐘。這間24小時營業的老牌牛肉麵店,是許多饕客深夜的救贖,雖然說這一帶從鄭州街出來的牛肉麵店幾乎都是24小時啦。 今天享用了綜合麵,價格130元。 綜合麵: 大碗,一次能吃到牛肉、牛肚、牛筋,滿滿的膠質與嚼勁交織,口感豐富又扎實。 牛肉燉得入味,帶點微微的韌性,牛肚則是Q彈脆口,牛筋燉煮得入口即化但又很有口感。 湯頭是濃厚而不死鹹的紅燒湯底,帶有淡淡中藥香氣。 或許有些人會覺得有些淡,這時候就加一匙桌上的牛油吧,加入瞬間享受著熱湯化開牛油時綻放出的香氣,色香味俱全啊。 麵體屬於粗細適中的寬厚拉麵,口感紮實但又相當Q彈,我非常喜歡這種風格的拉麵。 除了牛肉與湯頭,桌上還有任君取用的酸菜。 切得細碎的酸菜,酸度恰到好處,能襯托出牛肉的鮮味。 除了橙色的牛油之外,還有比較深色的辣牛油。 只要加一匙,香氣瞬間提升,湯頭也多了一股濃郁,味道層次更豐富。 如果不小心加太多,湯涼了沒辦法化開牛油的話,可以請店家加個牛肉清湯,再享受一次那個色香味。 整體而言,是間份量十足,價格親民,還有24小時的營業時間的老牌牛肉麵。 小吳牛肉麵不只是在地人的愛店,連許多外地人來台北也都會專程朝聖。 店內座位還算寬敞,環境方面因為屬於老國宅一樓,不能說非常乾淨,但也算是清潔了。 強力推薦給大家!

This place is a brightly lit shop we passed by often and finally decided to give it a try. It's not the best beef noodle soup but it's pretty decent, the beef is tender and soup base is satisfying. The noodles were a bit grainy but still okay. They have free drinks: soybean milk (sweetened) and black tea (sweetened) which are okay as well. It's a fairly popular place: when we left there were many waiting to be seated. In general we left satisfied.

用餐空間餐廳支援多種支付方式,付款非常方便。 店內提供免費紅茶喝到飽,午餐時間客人較多。 紅茶的甜度剛剛好,不像一般市售的紅茶那麼甜,十分解渴。 店內還販售多樣的小菜,並提供醬料和酸菜供客人自助取用。 餐點 紅燒牛肉麵 紅燒牛肉麵的湯頭非常棒,味道濃郁但不會過於油膩,讓人感到十分爽口。 麵條屬於台式拉麵,口感較為耐嚼,麵體也較粗,這種麵條特別受到人們的喜愛,我個人也非常喜歡。 許多牛肉麵店都使用這種台式拉麵。 牛肉部分也很不錯,軟嫩可口,並且不是使用常見的牛腱心,口感更為豐富,肉味也較重。 整體來說,這碗紅燒牛肉麵無論是湯頭還是麵條、牛肉,都讓人不錯,價格在低一點會更好。

IG上有名的預約制私廚牛肉麵非常難訂,朋友相約並負責訂位,一等等了三個月! 這樣的營運模式⋯期待值真的拉滿 沒想到真的是完完全全的私人公寓二樓,在人家家餐廳吃飯,有貓、也有家人同住,一張長方形餐桌座位剛好坐6人。 等待老楊上菜的過程,欣賞著老闆家的裝潢擺設佈置,滿滿的藏書、唱片、香氛,放著輕鬆的爵士樂,瀰漫牛肉湯的味道飄出來⋯感覺得到老闆是個有品味、有堅持的中年男人⋯應該吧? 牛肉麵是很清澈的大骨清燉湯頭,牛肉應該是牛肋條吧早就被燉到舌頭一碰就要化開,有蔥花跟生蒜片增加一些香味,很暖很爽沒啥負擔,就這樣埋頭吃光喝光,麵條偏軟Q(若能提供更多麵條選項應該更好,我個人感覺超適合配一點嚼勁的扁麵) 值得一提是兩個有限的小菜,帶點胡麻香的韓式泡菜,帶點花椒油香的高麗菜絲,都讓人覺得蠻精緻用心的~ 獨特氣氛&稀有性帶來的心情舒服感+用心製作又美味的餐點,會期待回訪,也會推薦好友! 有時候店家哀居有零星的座位釋出,可以追蹤起來碰碰運氣!
