Online reviews have always been very good for this hot pot restaurant. There will always be a queue for this affordable hot pot restaurant during the meal time. I happened to be seated directly on site during off-peak time in the afternoon. The staff was very nice. They were very gentle while waiting for seats and introducing the menu, and their attitude was also very good👍
Unfortunately, I have to eat a low-residue diet recently, so I can only order the most ordinary kombu soup, and the meal is the "fresh meat combo". The meat is pork plum blossoms and chicken fillets.
The dish was simply returned and replaced with pig plum blossoms. (I told the waiter that I didn’t want a vegetable plate and he said I could replace it with meat, which was a bit unexpected, but it’s pretty cool to get a plate of meat😋)
There is also an a la carte order of frozen tofu + large cucumber. The large cucumber is very fresh and there is a lot of it.
There is a lot of meat when ordered overall, and it is very filling. The pork doesn't have too much fat, and the chicken doesn't have too much fat, so it can be eaten cleanly (the part with low residue).
In short, taking a healthy route today is a very good choice!
