First, queue up, and when you reach the self-service ordering machine, use it to place your order. After receiving the ramen ticket, you will be given a paper to handwrite your choices for noodle firmness, broth richness, oil amount, whether you want green onions, spiciness level, and so on, allowing you to customize according to your preferences.

🔹 Ramen ¥980 + White Rice ¥250

• I chose basic richness, light oil, with green onions, not spicy, and noodles slightly soft. It tastes similar to what I've had in other regions of Japan or in Taiwan; overall, the taste is not much different from what I've experienced in other places in Japan or Taiwan. The flavor is equally rich and smooth. The portion of noodles is not very large, so after finishing, I felt just right and not too full. I ordered an additional bowl of white rice, shared half with my family, and afterwards, my overall sense of fullness significantly increased.

🔅 Queue time is about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
🔅 There aren't many seats inside the restaurant, only 16 seats, so be mentally prepared for a wait.
🔅 Staff come out periodically to manage the crowd and arrange the order, so the process is quite orderly.
🔅 The restroom is located on the side of the area selling ramen products.
