Laiya Hamburger Zhonghe Xinnan Store | Matcha Season Meal Review
Visited on a weekend, and there were quite a few people. It just happens to be matcha season, and I saw many recommendations on Threads for the Sky Matcha Cheesecake Bagel, so I decided to try the matcha series meals.
Meal Review
🌿 Sky Matcha Cheesecake Bagel (69)
The outer skin is slightly crispy, and the inside has a chewy texture, with a moderate matcha flavor. The cheese filling has a hint of saltiness, creating a good overall balance without being overly sweet.
🍔 Sky Matcha Fried Chicken Chicago Burger (105 + Add Egg 15 = 120)
The burger bun has a light matcha aroma, and the fried chicken is crispy on the outside with a firm texture; adding an egg makes it smoother. However, the matcha flavor is less prominent, with the fried chicken being the main character.
🍞 Sky Matcha Queen Butter Toast (49 + Meal Set 55 - 20 + Black Tea 20 = 104)
The toast is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a slightly sweet butter that pairs well with the matcha aroma.
🥐 Sky Matcha Croissant (+55)
The outer layer is crispy, and the inside is soft, with a matcha sauce that has a slight bitter tea fragrance, not too sweet, providing a nice layered experience.
🥗 Vitality Salad (Included in the meal)
Fresh vegetables with a crunchy texture, paired with a refreshing sauce that is not greasy, providing a decent accompaniment.
🥚 Flavorful Grilled Meat Layered Egg Crepe (49)
The crepe skin has distinct layers, with grilled meat being savory and slightly sweet, creating a harmonious overall flavor.
🍵 Sky Matcha Latte (Hot) (+65)
The matcha flavor is rich with a natural tea aroma, not too bitter, with a moderate milk taste that is smooth, suitable for those who enjoy matcha flavors.
Overall Impression
The flavors of the matcha series breads and drinks are moderate, not overly intense, and the sweetness is well-controlled. The matcha flavor in the fried chicken Chicago burger is relatively mild, mainly highlighting the texture of the fried chicken. There were quite a few people on the weekend, so it is advisable to avoid peak hours.
