The itinerary for that day in Korea was super packed, and we didn't even stop for lunch. After shopping, my friend mentioned that this restaurant was recommended by many people, so we decided to give it a try. As a result, we went in and found that it was filled with Korean office workers dining there, with not a single foreign customer around; it felt just like having a meal at a relative's house.

🔹Jajangmyeon (Korean Black Bean Noodles) ₩8,000

• The one thing I really wanted to eat during the whole trip in Korea was jajangmyeon. The noodles were thick and chewy, made from Korean hand-pulled dough, giving a solid texture. The sauce was the standard Korean black bean sauce, with a slight sweetness and a strong aroma of black bean paste. You could also taste bits of onion, potato, and minced meat, which made every bite full of sauce and ingredients! It wasn't greasy at all. Highly recommended!

🔸Doenjang Jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew) ₩8,000

• When this soybean paste stew was served, it was bursting with aroma, and the heat was perfect for slightly cool weather. The broth was savory and didn't taste like something made from instant powder. The flavor was rich but not overwhelmingly salty; paired with white rice, you might inadvertently eat too much.

🔹Sundubu Jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) ₩8,000

• This sundubu jjigae had a noticeable level of spiciness, but it wasn't too hot. Even as someone who doesn't eat spicy food, I tried it, and the spiciness was pleasant! It contained soft Korean silken tofu that almost melted in your mouth, and the egg was smooth within it. The broth was rich but had a refreshing finish!

🔸Gimbap (Korean Seaweed Rice Roll) ₩4,500

• The rice was seasoned just right, not too sour or too sweet, and it was paired with crunchy ingredients like pickled radish, carrot strips, ham, egg skin, and cucumber, providing a rich texture. The seaweed wasn't too soft or wet, maintaining a bit of chewiness. It was perfect for sharing as a side dish.
