What kind of magical risotto is this? It's only something a true connoisseur would understand; the rice is so perfectly al dente, every grain is coated with shrimp sauce, and my soul feels like it's been drowned in the aroma of shrimp and scallops.

Then paired with a plate of Spanish garlic shrimp...
The perfect combination of shrimp and garlic, and dipping the crispy bread into the sauce, my mind and mouth are shouting how delicious it is.

The pasta is also good, with plenty of ingredients but a milder flavor.
The confit garlic potatoes are very fragrant and delicious, but they can't compare to the stunning first two dishes.

One serving of Hokkaido scallop and shrimp risotto, one plate of garlic shrimp,
for a corporate worker after work, if I could have a combination like this, it would definitely sweep away all my frustrations.
