Come eat hot pot with your mom this Mother’s Day and take advantage of the birthday girl discount
This time I came to Fu San Guo Wu, which is located near Zhongli High School. There were many people gathering for dinner in the store. Be sure to make a reservation in advance for dining on the same day.
What we ordered this time was the "Little Wagyu Uncle" set meal for two. In addition to a variety of different cuts of beef, there are also Kuroge Wagyu from Japan and warm-bodied beef from Taiwan. It is a very exciting beef combination.
The quality of the beef is not bad, but I’m not sure if it matches the price. I particularly like the Hanasharibeef this time. The meat is quite soft in the mouth when it is medium or medium rare. The warm-boiled beef is also a very interesting combination, and can be cooked in a shorter time. Meat, but you can still taste a hint of blood after all. You can season it with the black salt provided by the store. The taste is still good.
In addition, this time I used the points to redeem a serving of sweet shrimps. The sweet shrimp is indeed a sweet shrimp. It is really small and a bit unsatisfactory, but the taste is still fresh and sweet. The zucchini itself is very sweet. I recommend that those who like it can add some.
Moving on to dessert, my mother was quite satisfied. After all, for elders, "not too sweet" is the best compliment for a dessert. The ice-stuffed brown sugar bean curd my mother ordered had a light and elegant taste, which was perfect for clearing the taste buds at the end. I ordered an alfaquito. The espresso tastes very fragrant and the gelato has enough consistency. It doesn’t melt too quickly and tastes very good.
The birthday boy showed his ID and got an extra serving of raw chocolate tiramisu. It tasted sweet, but the taste and texture were quite good. Don’t miss it if it’s your birthday.
What I particularly want to complain about is the service. We were seated by the window on the first floor, but the clerk seemed a little less concerned about us. Except for collecting the plates a few times, adding soup, and serving desserts, we had to go to the counter. I asked, but I was a bit reluctant to pay the service fee.
Overall, I have a positive opinion of Fu San Guo Wu. The price is a little higher, but the quality is probably there. If you plan to have a dinner party in Zhongli, you might as well give it a try
