Today I would like to share my favorite shop "93 Tomato Beef Noodles". It is located near Shandao Temple, about a 4-minute walk from Exit 2. I happened to go to the Consular Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to renew my passport today, so I came here to eat my favorite dish after a long time. Fried pancakes!

Yes, every time I come to this store, I eat fried pancakes instead of beef noodles, but I heard from friends that their tomato beef noodles and pork ribs are also really good.

In the past, I had the impression that I had to wait a long time to eat here, but I still didn't learn the lesson. I didn't call to make a reservation first, so I went to the restaurant and ordered directly. The waiter said that the stir-fry would need to wait, but it actually took 45 minutes...

But I really missed the taste of fried pancakes in this shop, so I had to wait patiently. I believe the delicious food is worth the wait!

The fried pancakes taste a bit like scallion pancakes cut into small pieces. They are very fragrant. They are really delicious when paired with shredded pork, cabbage, eggs and other ingredients that are stir-fried together! And it’s very special, something I haven’t tasted in other stores! If I really want to talk about the shortcomings, it should be that it is a bit oily...

Overall, the fried pancakes are as delicious as ever and highly recommended, but the waiting time is really too long. I suggest you call in advance to make an appointment for takeout, which will save a lot of time!

ps I felt that the store clerk was not very flexible. I heard that the 45-minute wait was too long, so I planned to go to a nearby place to do some errands before coming back, so I asked the store clerk if I could just make an appointment and pick it up one hour later (same as making an appointment by phone) The concept is very similar), but the store clerk said no, they can only make it first and leave it there to cool down.
