Today I visited a beef noodle shop near the Shandao Temple MRT station and found it completely full. So, I took a number and waited to try this place, sitting down after about half an hour.

I ordered a bowl of tomato beef pancake and braised beef noodles, both priced under 200 NT dollars. It’s rare to find beef noodles in Taipei at such a reasonable price.

The tomato beef pancake was delicious. The tomatoes were cooked to sweetness and weren't cloying at all, which seemed to take a long time to prepare. The beef was of a chewy variety, with about 4 to 5 pieces. The pancake was soaked in scallion oil pancakes, making it a unique experience.

The broth of the braised beef noodles lacked the tomato flavor. There was a choice between rice vermicelli and shaved noodles, and the shaved noodles were chewy and tasty. 😋

I recommend trying the tomato beef noodles.

Next time, I’d like to try the stir-fried pancakes as I saw many customers ordering them, and they looked delicious.

【Foodholic乃子@台北】 今天來分享我的愛店「93蕃茄牛肉麵」,位於善導寺附近,距離2號出口走路約4分鐘,今天剛好到外交部領務局換發護照,所以就久違地來吃我心心念念的炒餅! 沒錯,我每次來這家店都是吃炒餅,而不是牛肉麵,但我聽朋友說它們家的番茄牛肉麵和排骨也真的很不錯 印象中之前來吃都要等很久,但我還是沒有學乖,沒有先打電話預約,來到現場直接點餐,店員說炒的需要等,居然要等45分鐘…. 但我實在太懷念這家店炒餅的味道了,所以也只好耐著性子等,相信美食是值得久候的! 豬肉炒餅$105 炒餅吃起來有點像切成小小塊的蔥油餅,非常香,配合炒在一起的肉絲、高麗菜、雞蛋等食材,實在是很美味!而且很特別,是我在其他店沒有吃過的品項!真要說缺點,應該就是有點油吧… 整體而言,炒餅還是一如既往好吃,非常推薦,但等候時間實在是太久了,建議可以先打電話預約外帶,會省去很多時間! ps 覺得店員不是很彈性,我聽到要等45分鐘覺得太久了,所以打算先去附近辦事情再回來,所以問店員那我可不可以直接預約晚1小時後再來拿(跟打電話預約的概念滿類似的),但店員就說不行,他們只能先做好放在那邊讓它涼掉

93番茄牛肉麵開在離立法院相當近的青島東路上,店名的93緣由已不可考,顧名思義,店家的招牌當然是牛肉麵,但店家的炒麵也是相當熱賣的品項。 今天享用的是番茄牛湯排骨麵,價格150元。 番茄牛湯排骨麵: 其實我猶豫了很久,到底要選番茄牛肉麵、番茄排骨麵,還是番茄牛湯排骨麵,這三個在湯頭跟肉料都有差異。 因為店家的排骨評價也是驚人的好,但牛湯很顯然我就沒牛肉吃,但不嘗試一下,下次不知道什麼時候才能再訪... 總之最後決定吃番茄牛湯排骨麵。 排骨先上,排骨厚度普通,上方灑了些許調味。 剛上桌先嘗一塊,那酥脆的口感跟表皮的調味契合度高的驚人。 牛肉湯麵上桌,麵體是刀削麵起初讓我皺起了眉頭,但開吃之後發現這家的刀削麵相當好吃。 刀削麵做的差的話,比麵疙瘩還糟糕 (我也不喜歡麵疙瘩),但這家在粗細、彈性、口感上都相當優秀。 而湯頭的牛味跟酸甜的番茄也融合的相當完美。 吃到底驚訝的發現了一小塊牛肉,有些老派店家會在點牛肉湯麵的客人碗中放入一小塊牛肉邊,讓客人也能夠體驗到吃肉的感覺。 雖然不知道是不是因為這因素,但總之牛肉相當軟嫩,非常好吃。 不過排骨跟牛肉麵其實就感覺像是在享受兩道料理似的,雖然都很美味,但感覺沒有什麼特別的關聯。 整體而言,可以了解為什麼這家是善導寺周圍的牛肉麵名店,確實實力堅強。 不過店面真的非常狹窄,離峰時間吃飯就覺得很窄了,尖峰時間會吃的相當辛苦。 而這美味是否值得這樣的勞苦,就由自己抉擇了。 推薦給大家。
