🍜 For those who love spicy food, this place will definitely satisfy you! It's a dedicated shop for hearty bowls of spicy noodles with plenty of ingredients!

I often see people queuing outside this restaurant during meal times, but today is a rare day when I can walk right in, so I decided to give it a try.

The famous dish here is probably Mapo Tofu, but the hot and sour noodle soup is said to be a spring limited edition, so I decided to try that first.

To my surprise, they served it in an incredibly large bowl, filled to the brim with ingredients. The pork strips and bamboo shoots were quite generous. The noodles here are quite similar to Taiwan's oily noodles, and the thick noodles go great with the super spicy broth.

The flavor is somewhat different from Taiwan’s Ba Fang hot and sour soup, which is a bit disappointing. The spiciness here comes from chili oil and the sensation of Sichuan pepper, which is stronger. However, it's very satisfying to eat, and I’m looking forward to trying their Mapo Tofu, which should be quite good!

There are aprons available in a drawer for self-service, surprisingly made of non-woven fabric instead of paper, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally tearing the paper string while tying it 🥹

The prices are also quite affordable, and if there isn’t a queue, I would definitely consider returning!
