There are many noodle shops in Lugang. This time, I tried the Worm Longshan noodle soup.
The indoor environment is simple, but having air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer gives it extra points.
This time, cilantro was a bit more expensive due to the typhoon, so I had a version without cilantro. The base is seasoned with mushrooms and dried shrimp. The meat chunks as toppings are large and made of rice flour. If you like it spicy, adding the shop's chili sauce gives it a unique flavor.
In summary, the taste isn’t too strong. It’s a delicious and affordable snack worth trying when you visit Lugang!
