First, about the broth, it's a clear soup, and this time it tasted very light (bland). It's so light that you can hardly taste any seasoning. A small bite of bok choy (this was before the typhoon), just a tiny bite.

The knife-cut noodles were really not up to standard today; I wanted them to be chewy and bouncy, but they ended up soft and mushy. It felt like they were pre-cooked and then over-boiled.

As for the pork ribs, they were braised and then fried, which gave them a crispy texture but was slightly salty.……

In the end, placing the pork ribs in the light broth changed the flavor instantly. The light broth absorbed a bit of the oil from the fried ribs and the color from the braising, making the broth slightly salty and successfully changing my personal opinion. The ribs, which were a bit tough at first, became slightly softer when soaked in the broth. Although they lost their crispiness, I actually preferred this texture.

The cucumber really didn't soak up any flavor. Was it because too many people took from it?

During peak hours, there were a lot of people, and many were taking out or delivering, but the service quality remained stable.
However, the person replenishing the side dishes seemed a bit confused. I was standing behind her, and although she kept replenishing, when she finally noticed me, she just said, "You can just take it directly?"
