Seeing the queue regulations at the store entrance indicates that it's a place that often has long lines. They start serving at 4:30, and we arrived around 5:15, waiting for about 30 minutes. Once inside, we ordered using a machine, where we could choose the firmness of the noodles and the richness of the broth. They only accept cash. After ordering, we had to wait a while before being seated. The space inside is quite small; although there are bags hanging behind each seat for personal items, my backpack felt a bit large, creating a cramped feeling.
This place specializes in chicken white soup ramen, and the food comes out quickly. I ordered the seasoned egg chicken white soup ramen, which includes four slices of sous-vide chicken, green onions, onions, and baby corn. It has one additional soft-boiled egg compared to the basic version, and I personally prefer soft-boiled eggs—the doneness was just right. The broth is rich but not overly salty, and the sous-vide chicken is tender and not dry. The whole bowl of ramen is very enjoyable, and I found it quite impressive and delicious. The staff mentioned that we could get an extra serving of noodles for free, but I was too full to take advantage of it. I also ordered karaage chicken and cheese croquettes, which were pretty good and worth a try.
Personally, I think if you don't want to wait too long in line, it's a ramen shop that's definitely worth trying. I found the food to be quite tasty. Additionally, the restaurant does not have a restroom, but it's very close to the subway station, where you can use the facilities.
