🍲 Kaohsiung Zuoying ▫️ High-Speed Rail Special Zone
🍲 Affordable small pot hotpot where you can eat well and get full for just a hundred dollars.
For those who love hotpot, it’s a year-round delight.
In winter, it warms the heart,
and in summer, it’s refreshingly enjoyable.
With the air conditioning cranked up to the max, watching the broth boil and bubble up🔥
You can’t help but take another bite and shout out in satisfaction❗️
Jiang Yi Ding is a new brand under the Spicy Hotpot chain🆕
Currently, there are two branches in Kaohsiung, named Jue Min and Hua Xia.
This time, I visited upon an invitation from a friend returning south,
and to accommodate my friend's transportation needs,
we chose the newly opened Hua Xia location.
It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the high-speed rail and train stations🚄.
Since my friend doesn’t eat beef❌,
we opted for personal pots instead of a shared pot
to avoid the beef flavor seeping into the broth.
The price is very friendly at one hundred dollars,
🉑️ you can choose a plain broth base + meat and also order fresh vegetables separately.
🉑️ There’s also a half-set meal where you can choose either ☑️ hotpot ingredients or ☑️ vegetables.
Vegetarian friends also have vegetarian hotpot options🥬.
Although I ordered a half-set meal with vegetables + meat,
when it arrived at the table, the healthy selection felt a bit lacking.
However, the restaurant also offers drinks🥤, ice cream🍦,
popcorn🍿, white rice🍚, and other self-serve items for unlimited refills.
If you want to indulge a bit more, there are many items available for additional orders.
Overall, I feel that the value for money here is quite good✨.
