The pasta restaurant next to Borough Market
Today is totally a day for food + history
Various delicacies at Borough Market
For dinner, I checked out this Italian restaurant nearby
It was initially a place I planned to try
But when I arrived, I found out
It is a Michelin-recommended restaurant
🌟 Pappardelle with 8-hour slow-cooked Dexter beef shin ragu
I saw that people online were highly recommending the dishes
The pasta has a very unique texture
It's a mouthfeel that I haven't experienced in Taiwan before
I personally think the beef ragu is incredibly delicious
It melts in your mouth
I was very lucky when I went because during the late afternoon
There weren't too many customers
People online said to expect a wait of 1-2 hours
I managed to get in for a meal with only about a 20-minute wait
Overall, it was really tasty
But since I had just eaten something next door
I didn't order many other dishes
People online also recommended tiramisu and such
I definitely recommend it as a must-visit food spot if you're visiting the UK!
