As the name suggests, green beans are stir-fried, which is how it should be done, but now more and more restaurants are dry-stirring green beans, and the green beans are still full of water. This dish is not bad, but it is also very salty. Moreover, we had to wait for a long time, and the previous dish of Shanghainese rice was already cold when it was served.

Crispy duck with lychee and taro
The dough was not wrapped well, and everything fell off when I touched the chopsticks. The taro paste was very soft and rich, but it was too soft and spongy. When I tried to pick up the taro paste duck, the chopsticks would sink completely into the taro paste. Not easy to pick up. The dense taro paste is delicious, but the ratio with the duck is not very balanced. If there is too much taro paste, it will be a bit dry in the mouth, and the more you eat, the more you will choke.

Zhenjiang vinegar steak
The taste is okay but there is little meat, too many bones, and the portion is too small.

Today's soup
We also had to wait a long time for the soup to be served. Logically speaking, all the soups have been cooked long ago. I don’t know why we had to wait so long. There is a lot of shredded pork, and the saltiness is also the best dish of the day.

I wonder if it’s because Shuinandong is located in a remote location and the personnel and logistics costs are relatively high? My previous experiences with other nearby restaurants were that they were so expensive and the portions were small😥
