Located in the Shuinandong area of Ruifang, if you drive here you can't drink, and public transportation is not very convenient, so you have to be the driver. The owner couple is very friendly and knowledgeable about wines, and all the dishes are homemade, utilizing many impressive pickling and fermentation techniques, with various locally grown vegetables cooked in different ways. The environment is comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere is wonderful, showcasing a natural landscape that you can't find in the city. It's important to note the business hours, operating model, and staffing situation, as they can vary each day, so it's best to make a reservation to avoid a wasted trip.

For a group of five, we ordered everything on the menu - each dish has its own character. Almost all of the recipes were self-taught by the owner’s wife. The French owner knows wines very well and recommended some that I really liked; there are also unique non-alcoholic options. The variety of wines is extensive and the pairings with the dishes are very professional. The only drawback of the whole experience might be that the service takes a bit longer due to the lack of staff. However, enjoying the meal with a few friends while chatting, combined with beautiful natural scenery, truly makes for a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

The fried cream puffs and mashed potatoes were the first I've had, and I liked them very much. The homemade salted caramel almond ice cream was also stunning.
