On Saturday, I went to class, made a reservation via Line, and watched the waiting numbers 0, 4, and 32, my mood going up and down.
#The dining time is only 80 minutes, starting from when you enter, so don't think too long; start looking at the menu outside!
Dishes:
Shabu-shabu (I love vegetables)
Belgian olive pork, the pork slices are tender and have no gamey taste. They are slightly thick, hence they need a bit longer to cook in the pot.
Vegetable platter, the pumpkin and taro are delicious and tasty, with rich and sweet pumpkin and soft taro that is very palatable, definitely worth sharing with friends.
Kaohsiung black wheel (a type of snack), no floury taste, firm texture, quite good.
Taro meatballs, just as tasty as the taro in the vegetable platter; my friends also thought they were good and they will be on the list for the next time at Shier Pot.
Drinks: winter melon lemon slush, unsweetened black bean tea, only these two, self-service.
Seasoning area: scallion, garlic, chili, soy sauce, black vinegar, and white vinegar are all available, and the broth is self-service.
Utensils: also self-service; there is also children's utensils available if you inform the staff.
Service:
Other than seating you, serving food, tidying up, notifying you when time is up, and checking out, there’s nothing much else. 🤔 So the quality of service... is hard to judge because there’s not much ^_^
Environment:
Very crowded, basic cleanliness is quick, and cleaning is done well.
Review:
Is it worthy of being a flagship store? But I prefer smaller branches, which are more lively; eating here feels a bit stressful. It feels like a larger version of a regular branch, and it doesn’t meet the standards I expect from a "flagship store."
But the food is good, and that’s great and very important.
There’s no comment yet.
