Super delicious~! The whole dish is to my liking. The noodles are thin but still chewy. The seasoning is garlicky and vegetable-flavored, which surprisingly goes well with the noodles. The smelt is actually a fish with squid, and it tastes great with mentaiko and honey mustard sauce. The texture and taste are full of layers!

🍝White wine clams stir-fried green algae ramen 265
Chlorella ramen is super cool. The boss said some green algae molecules developed by a biotechnology company were added to the noodles. I think the Chlorella ramen itself tastes like the sea🤣. It tastes so good that it makes people want to take a bite. One bite🥹! The noodle is also very tasty, stir-fried with white wine and black pepper, and the combination of onions, mushrooms and fresh clams makes it a perfect noodle dish!

This restaurant specializes in pasta. There are many different types of pasta to choose from, which is really amazing! The gnocchi and green algae ramen are both pretty good. If you come here, I really recommend you try these two noodles😍!

I think that although the drinks are delicious, they are not as amazing as the meals, but this may be because the items we ordered are already very popular.

The environment is mainly decorated in dark green, which looks quite high-quality. It is perfect for eating or having a drink with friends! However, there are not many seats in the store, so it is recommended that you make a reservation first if you want to go!
