Most of the delicious food in Guanshan is concentrated around the Tianhou Temple. This fried egg scallion pancake is also quite well-known, and its location is right in front of the temple's archway and next to the parking lot, making it very convenient to take away scallion pancakes since parking is easy.
The scallion pancakes themselves come in a variety of flavors such as original, seaweed, kimchi, cheese corn, basil, and cucumber, among others. The outer skin is thick and crispy from frying, which I personally find quite tasty. Additionally, unless specifically requested, the egg yolks will be cooked soft.
I personally prefer soft-cooked eggs, as the sweetness of the yolk adds another layer of flavor to the dish. I also recommend adding their chili for a different flavor experience.
