This store is located just after exiting Tsukiji Market, and you can see it by walking a short distance to the right on the main road. What's special is that when we went there that day, there were three shop assistants, two of whom were aunts. They all spoke in Chinese. After questioning, we found out that they were mainland Chinese. So when we asked him for some information about seafood, they were quite enthusiastic and would answer us.
In the end, since we had already eaten a lot on the streets of Tsukiji, we decided to order fresh sea urchin. It was the first time I ate this kind of sea urchin with the shell still in it. I used a spoon to dig out the meat inside and ate it. The experience was very different. Then the sea urchin here doesn’t taste fishy and is also very sweet. The most special thing is that its texture is not creamy, but a bit like pudding, with some Q-like texture. Overall, it is delicious. .
