The rice burger specialty store is located on the first floor of Hakata Prince Smart Hotel. The rice burger menu looks delicious and it opens at 6:30 in the morning, so we decided to have breakfast here.
The rice burgers here are divided into three different types of rice: red tomato and bell pepper rice cakes, yellow pumpkin and turmeric rice cakes, and green spinach and tea leaf rice cakes.
Unexpectedly, there were relatively few burgers served in the morning. There were 3 rice burgers (one for each type of rice) and 2 regular burgers. The breakfast menu was all set meals, with a burger paired with a drink or a bowl of miso. For soup, we each ordered a set meal, totaling ¥1540
Fried horse mackerel rice burger
It was paired with spinach and tea leaf rice cakes. I felt amazing when I took the first bite. I could really taste the aroma of the tea leaves. The outer layer of the rice was very crispy and had a bit of a crispy texture.
In addition to fried horse mackerel, there are also seaweed, sesame leaves, and salad (the salad originally included salad, but the clerk customized it for me and removed it); the fried fish is not oily at all, and the disadvantage is that it is smaller, but it can be used as breakfast It’s just right; sesame leaves and seaweed are the finishing touches in the rice burger
Ham and egg burger
I only took one bite of this one, but the egg salad inside was delicious. Even my friends who don’t usually like egg salad praised this burger as delicious.
miso soup
It's pretty ordinary, and there are very few ingredients. You can order it or not.
This is not a restaurant I specifically wanted to eat. It just happened to be next to the hotel where I was staying. But I was very happy to meet it during this trip. The friendly staff and delicious burgers gave me a wonderful breakfast, and I even thought about it the next day. The thought of eating it again
