🥟Kaohsiung Lingya▫️The pastry has been as popular as ever for ten years
🥟 Houde Fu ▫️ Soup dumplings and noodles specialty store

Near Hanshen Main Building and Ziqiang Night Market
There is a noodle restaurant that is always crowded regardless of weekdays or holidays.
As a Kaohsiung native who loves noodle and rice, he has been famous for a long time.
I finally decided to find out after get off work today✨

We arrived around six o'clock and it was still dark.
There are not many people waiting outside
After you register on site and wait for your seat, you will receive a number plate 🉐
Then just pay attention to the machine or the clerk to call your number📣

➰Fresh meat soup dumplings (7 pieces/cage)🐷 100
Hot steamer served to the table
The moment I opened it, it was honestly smaller than I thought🤣
Bite gently and inhale the soup into your mouth
The so-called thin-skinned and juicy food certainly does not disappoint.
Dip it in some sauce and eat it whole
You can fully enjoy the most delicious taste of pork

➰Red Oil Chao Shou (5 pieces/plate)🍤🐷 80
This is definitely a must-try item in this store🌟
The Chao Shou itself is very filling, you can eat pork and shrimps
The shrimps are not soaked and crispy, but the real thing.
Pair it with red oil that is salty, fragrant and spicy as the finishing touch.
For friends who don’t like spicy food, they won’t burst into tears after eating it.
Friends who are addicted to spicy food can also add additional ones by themselves🌶️

➰Three fresh steamed dumplings (7 pieces/plate) 100
I have never known which three delicacies are
All I know is that when you bite it open, you can see pork, shrimp, and chives.
A friend told me that he ate flower branches, but I’m not sure❔
This portion is added after eating the previous ones.
Although there is broccoli (side dish 50 yuan) to relieve tiredness
After eating everything, it was still a bit too oily and full.
This also slightly reduces the taste🥲

Some meals may be a little salty for those who usually eat light meals
At this time, you can drink all-you-can-eat sugary black tea and soy milk in the self-service area.
played a very important neutralizing role
It is recommended to drink soy milk and black tea separately first
Then ➕make it into homemade black tea soy milk✨

Overall~~~all meals are excellent
Many items will not be finished if there are too few people.
Like flying cakes🫓crab roe soup dumplings🦀hibiscus Xishi rolls…
I have to move it to next time to enjoy it🥹

Only by being loyal and honest can you gain blessings
Super popular noodles recommended for everyone to try🫶🏻

You can see queues of people queuing up from a distance.
Fresh meat soup dumplings NT$100✨
Red oil copybook 80 yuan✨
Three delicacies steamed dumplings NT$100 ✨Arrange them neatly in the same direction to prevent obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Every bite, every bite is delicious.
The details of the side dishes are not on the menu, but they are divided into different price ranges, allowing people to choose what they like.
In addition to small plates of side dishes, there are also large plates of meat. Everything looks amazing!
In the end, due to the size of our stomachs, we only got a plate of broccoli for NT$50🥦
The drinks are super special ❗️Black tea and soy milk are all you can drink at the buffet, but those who are trying to reduce sugar should be aware that both of them contain sugar.
The environment in the store on the first floor (from the perspective of our table), some people on the Internet said that the hygiene is worrying, but when I arrived on site, I personally thought it was quite acceptable.
At the end of the meal, you can just take the menu and go to the counter to pay. You can receive cash and issue an invoice, or you can report it to the editor.
After finishing our meal, we went out to find a huge crowd. Fortunately, we arrived early (around 18:30) and were seated after waiting for almost 5 minutes.
The menu is attached for your reference. It is recommended to grab more friends so that you can eat more items😋

Lian Kee Chicken Rice
ChineseSubang Jaya
The place is a stall located inside the MeiSek Kopitiam. It operates in the evening as the morning and afternoon is for the other stalls. Drinks have to be ordered from the drinks stall via self-service. Parking is awailable but would be hard to find on busy days. I was expecting things to taste better as there were a number of patients dining in. The steam chicken and rice was just ordinary. The beansprouts lacked taste and were not crunchy. However, the redeeming qualities of the place was their wantan and pork balls. The wantan was full of flavourful stuffing and the chillie oil in the soup gave a nice kick to it. The pork balls were very good as well, with a firm springy texture. Price is pretty standard subang prices. Overall, i wont come here unless I am craving chicken rice and am unwilling to go to better places. While i am here, the porkballs and wantan is a must have.

Big Big Wantan-Mee & Rice Damansara Jaya
ChinesePetaling Jaya
Known for its wan tan mee, hence the name, decided to visit the shop. It's been a few years since i have been here and wanted to have it again. Parking is difficult to find on the road, with alot of people double parking. Might be better to park in the atria mall, though please note the parking fees isnt cheap. Had to wait a few minutes, as the lunch crowd was happening. Service was ok. To order, just write your order code on a piece of paper and pass to the staff. Food came relatively quickly but unfortunately the quality was lacking. The portion was big but the quantity of char siew was small. The char siew had the premium look but was tough and no crispy caramel parts. The caramel parts were abit sweet and sticky instead. The noodles was decent and the sauce paired well with it. However, in the past there were pork lards placed along the noodles. The wantans, though packed with filling; just tasted normal. They only had 3 pieces only. The white coffee was terrible. It was very diluted with no flavour at all. The payment option of cash was very dissapointing, especially since almost every other place has atleast a qr paying option. I can imagine this point alone will put off alot of customers. Overall, i wont really come back unless i really really want to eat wan tan mee. Its just slighly above mediocre wan tan mee but definitely not living up to its name.

ChineseYilan County
This is a chain restaurant that's present in a lot of malls, and generally popular. We were quite late for our lunch (2pm) but was happy to see that this place was still open. The food was very satisfying. The dishes came out all fairly quickly except for the meatball dish. At that point we were pretty much already ready to go at that point, so the only negative side to our experience. That meatball dish was also very good though. I found all of the flavors very familiar and comforting for Chinese food. The omelette with pickled radish especially was nice, the inside was soft and the radish had just the right amount of salt. Service was nice and attentive, though expected since we were the only ones present besides one other party.
