Banana pancake is a Thai street food, and there are several stalls selling it in Shulin Xingren Garden Night Market.
The surrounding supporting facilities of this night market are very complete, including a large parking lot (but it requires a one-time fee of 100 yuan, it would be great if the fee could be discounted), garbage disposal, public toilets, etc., and there are recreational facilities suitable for children nearby. There are often performances in the central square of the night market.
The banana pancakes are freshly made. The crust tastes a little oily, and the condensed milk is added to add texture. The banana filling is just a decoration, not a fusion. I wonder what the flavor will be if eggs are added?
