"ZAC ZAG Yile Fried Chicken" is a relatively less well-known Korean fried chicken brand compared to Jiaji, NENE, Qiao Cun and other brands, because the Alumni Association is held in a shared space on Nanyang Street, which happens to be located in ZAC ZAG Yile Fried Chicken. It's opposite the chicken, so I decided to order this Korean fried chicken to try.
We chose two portions of boneless half-and-half fried chicken, each priced at a fixed price of $600. There are three flavor combinations, namely: light chicken + spicy chicken, sauce garlic chicken + light chicken, sauce garlic chicken + spicy chicken, we This time I chose the first two combinations, so you can have all three flavors
There are about 7-8 pieces of fried chicken for each flavor in one portion (I didn’t count carefully), so the whole portion is about 14-16 pieces. The fried chicken is quite big, and because it has no bones, it’s hard to eat It feels pretty good
After we got it, it took more than half an hour before we ate it. The skin was not completely soft yet, and there was still a crispiness, which is a plus.
Of the three flavors, I like the spicy chicken the best. It’s actually not spicy at all, with just a hint of numbing aroma from Sichuan peppercorns, and it’s not too salty either. It’s pretty good! The sauce-garlic chicken tastes a bit moist. Although the garlic flavor is light, it has the finishing touch and is delicious!
Overall, the three flavors of fried chicken are all to my taste, and the outer skin is quite crispy. Although the price is a bit expensive, Korean fried chicken seems to be about the same price, so it’s ok. I will be willing to visit again~
