新莊夜市豬血湯

Although "Xinzhuang Night Market Pig Blood Soup" is named after Xinzhuang Night Market, the current store address is next to Dahai Bridge, which is actually quite a distance from Xinzhuang Night Market and much closer to Touqianzhuang Station.

Today I had stir-fried rice noodles and pig blood intestine soup, totaling 100 TWD.

Stir-fried rice noodles:
The seasoning is on the sweet side, and the rice noodles are quite loose. The texture, however, is not very good.

Pig blood intestine soup:
As it is a signature dish, the pig blood and intestines almost fill the bowl, leaving little room for the soup. The taste is still on the sweet side, and the shacha seasoning in the soup feels somewhat out of place. But would it be better if the shacha was removed? I think it could be worse. At least the texture and portion of the intestines and pig blood are commendable.

Overall, it's just an average snack shop. In terms of cleanliness, it meets the standard of an ordinary snack shop—not great, but not horrible either. If nearby stores are closed, one might consider it since its business hours are relatively long. For example, the "Yanzhu Chopped Noodles" next door closes at one o'clock, making it hard to get there for regular meals.
