User review: There are two sinks, which is quite convenient.
Le Xian Stone Hot Pot is located near Jing'an Metro Station. It is a self-service hot pot restaurant where ingredients are charged by the plate.
Ordering and consumption:
A la carte meat: US Prime Grade Wagyu (7oz): 409 NT$, locally sourced premium hand-cut Matsusaka pork (7oz): 279 NT$
Initial pot fee: 100 NT$
Self-service refrigerator ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, egg dumplings, frozen tofu, taro meatballs, baby bok choy, taro, wontons, beef slices, pork slices, board tofu
Total consumption: 2038 NT$
Meals: When starting the pot, you can add dried squid and dried shiitake mushrooms for a stir-fry, which gives off a strong aroma initially. The beef and pork slices from the refrigerator are also suitable for a quick stir-fry.
Meat: The a la carte meat is average, with the beef being quite large, so one person can only eat one slice.
Side dishes: Free hot monk fruit tea, aiyu jelly, grass jelly, and fruit are provided for easy access.
Overall experience:
It was quite fragrant when first eaten, but the flavor became rather monotonous afterward. Although the taste is ordinary, the price is relatively cheap, making the overall performance average.
