Today I came to Juemin Fast Food on Juemin Road in Kaohsiung. It has a very conspicuous orange sign. Two sentences describe my dining experience: the food is high-quality and low-priced, and the environment has room for improvement.
This time I ordered beef fried noodles with scallions and eggs (total 155). The beef portion of the fried noodles was quite sufficient. They added vinegar during the frying process, so the taste was slightly sour, which was a plus for me. The scallion egg seems to use 2 eggs. The inside is quite soft and tender without being over-fried, and it is quite delicious.
As for the environment, the height difference at the door is inconvenient for parking, and the kitchen drains are discharged to the outside, which affects the appearance. The rest is no problem.
The store sells noodles, noodles, and risotto. If you suddenly don’t know what to eat, Juemin Fast Food is a good choice for you.
