Red sugar 200/salmon 200/2 scallops
Total is 480
1 scallop is 40. At this price, it is easy to get the kind that is not sweet when eating out.
But theirs is very fresh, sweet and delicious. After eating it, I kind of regret not ordering more haha
I love salmon too!
Rich in oil and fishy flavor
There's a lot of red ganache, it's very elastic, and it has fewer tendons than swordfish.
If you don’t like gluten, you can also try Honggan

When I was taking pictures nearby, I saw that they had whole grilled fish in the oven.
It also feels very delicious! The skin looks super crispy
I would like to try it if I have a chance to visit again.

It's quite fun for two people to eat like this.
But I don’t know if it’s cheap or not. Having fun and eating out is the most important thing😇
