There are actually quite a few chain stores that specialize in duck blood stinky tofu. Each soup has its own characteristics, and duck-flavored tofu is one of them.
What we enjoyed today was the three-pot series of integrated pots plus prince noodles for takeaway, priced at 110 yuan.
The portion is not too small, with two pieces of duck blood, two pieces of stinky tofu, some enoki mushrooms and cabbage, plus some Prince noodles, it tastes quite satisfying.
The soup can taste the rich aroma of marinating and the delicate spiciness.
The duck blood and stinky tofu are both very tasty and not too small.
It can be easily cut with chopsticks.
The pork slices performed quite well and worked well with the soup.
Today's cabbage may have some problems in harvesting or transportation, and it tastes a little earthy (usually not like this), while the enoki mushrooms performed quite stable.
Overall, it is a good and delicious restaurant. Of course, my preference for duck blood tofu is corrected, so I recommend it to everyone.
