I made a pilgrimage to this store because of Bib Gourmand, and unexpectedly found a treasure store😍😍

"Ye Sang-sheng's Stir-fried Duck Cake" settled in Tainan in 2021. The signature duck soup is fried in a small pot and is fragrant with garlic and duck meat, and is served with sweet shredded bamboo shoots.

It is located in the Chonghui Guozhai Building on Linsen Road. It is easy to miss it if you are not careful. There are tables and chairs on the arcade of the store for dining. The store environment is clean. There is a menu sign hanging on the bar for easy viewing. Green vegetables are also placed every time. on top.

The menu has a bonus menu (for takeout) and a white menu (for dine-in). Items sold include duck soup, duck rice/noodles/rice noodles, duck meatballs, blanched vegetables, and handmade duck rice blood. The main focus is duck dishes. Woolen cloth! !

Duck noodle soup 💰80
This bowl of duck meat soup is very filling. It is full of shredded bamboo shoots and duck meat floating on top. Each shredded bamboo shoot is very crispy. The duck meat is soft and not too thick. The soup is very thickened and does not taste too heavy. It is thick and there are no traces of lumps. The soup is sweet and has a duck flavor. Anyway, I finished the soup (this is my first time drinking soup type and I finished it to the end😍😍
Bib Gourmand recommends adding Wuyin vinegar and chili powder to make the soup taste more layered.

The duck meatballs can be said to be the most delicious and elastic duck meatballs I have ever tasted!

This one is too wet and has a mushy (Taiwan) feel, which is not my cup of tea.

Thoughts: This is the number one duck soup. I used to occasionally eat at Dadong Night Market but found it very common. Now I have a new choice. It is also the one I have eaten at Bib Gourmand and I love it.
