🏠 Environment
A street-side shop with tables and chairs under a covered area, no air conditioning, just a large fan. Next to it is a traditional market with fish vendors. The external environment is ordinary, but the cooking area is clean.
🍽️ Meal
This nearby place probably only serves crispy meatballs. One order includes two meatballs, and they are about half the size of a regular meatball. The outer skin is fried crispy by raising the oil temperature before serving, but only a small part is crispy, not the whole thing. The meat filling is almost entirely lean meat, with a texture similar to that of a gyoza ball. Overall, it's tasty, and both the original flavor and black pepper options are good.
But don’t order the kimchi flavor. I initially thought it would be Korean kimchi, but it is made from golden kimchi as a sauce, which tastes very mismatched, so please avoid it ⚠️.
