Braces Person Review: There is one restroom, but I didn't use it so I'm not sure about it.

When you come to Japan, you have to eat ramen 🍜. This is my second bowl of ramen in Japan, and I'm trying Kikanbo, which also has a branch in Taipei. Even on a weekday, you have to line up to eat here. First, you order from the vending machine and then line up to be seated. I ordered the NO.2 Special Kara Spice Miso Ramen for 1780 yen. When you're almost seated, the staff will ask about your spice and numbness preference. I chose less (regretting not choosing medium). I waited in line for about 20 minutes. Once seated, you can help yourself to ice water, and there's also a bib available. The noodles arrived quickly. The spicy miso broth is rich, and the bean sprouts are stir-fried, making for a very satisfying combination. The noodles are slightly firm and chewy, pairing perfectly with the soup. The highlight is the thick piece of meat that melts in your mouth, tender, juicy, and beautifully marbled. I devoured it in no time 😂. The meat rice is just a piece of meat on rice, but I have to say that all the rice I've had in Japan tastes great, especially with the meat. It's also incredibly delicious when you pour the broth over it. Overall, it's a taste that I'll miss when I return to Taiwan. Writing this review makes me want to eat it again.

There are usually many people on weekday evenings.
