Located on Songshan Road, "Uno Cha" hides between residential buildings and small shops. Due to the limited parking nearby, it's recommended to ride a bike or walk over, making it a convenient stop for a cup of tea after a meal—perfect for a leisurely stroll!
This time, I ordered a cup of "Smooth Buckwheat Tea + Double Jellies," which is a refreshing combination. The buckwheat tea is fragrant, warm, and natural, with a clean and non-astringent taste that is completely free of bitterness. It feels like a refreshing spring that instantly cleanses the palate, making it ideal for after a hearty meal!
The double jellies are made of almond jelly and osmanthus jelly, both of which have a delicate and smooth texture. Personally, I prefer the almond jelly, which has a rich aroma yet does not dominate, carrying subtle notes of bean and milk; the osmanthus jelly offers a light floral fragrance, leaning towards a more delicate flavor profile.
Overall, if you find yourself around Songshan Road next time, you can pop into "Uno" for a refreshing cup of tea and enjoy a moment of relaxation for both body and mind!
