Located between Xinsheng Road and Gengsheng Road in Taitung City, A Pineapple Bakery follows the old-school bakery route, featuring handmade breads that are baked fresh daily. There are a total of two stores, one on Gengsheng Road and the other on Xinsheng Road.

This time, I purchased the store's signature whole grain bread. As soon as I opened the packaging, I could smell a light grain aroma. The bread has a slightly firm texture with a chew, and contains various whole grain particles, such as oats, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds, making it feel heartier. Eating it is quite different from the soft texture of refined white bread; instead, it has a natural grain flavor. Biting into it, you can feel the grain's texture, and it pairs nicely with hot tea or coffee. In terms of flavor, it is not very sweet, leaning more toward a pure grain taste, with a slightly dry texture, focusing on practicality rather than over-the-top fillings.
