吃吃炸粿

When I first passed by, I thought it was a fried food shop, but I didn’t expect that there were many special products, such as chicken rolls, oyster clams, large intestines, handmade freshly wrapped peanut sausages, and shrimp cakes. In fact, the shrimp cakes are fried very well and are very crispy. There is no oil at all, but the filling is just plain. The hot pot pasta is a warm bowl, and you can tell that the soup base has a good taste. The noodles are cooked and not too soft when presented (I am afraid of soft and mushy noodles), and there are quite a lot of vegetables in the ingredients. QQ's hot pot ingredients like meatballs, black wheels, sweet and spicy, and crab sticks are all hot pot ingredients that I don't like. It's a pity that the dirty plates affect my appetite. I would like to try the handmade peanut sausage next time, but I might choose to take it out, which is less likely to be affected by cleanliness issues.

I ordered the hot pot pasta, the soup is very delicious, 85 yuan for a bowl
The shrimp cake is NT$55 per serving. Although I don’t know if the portion is too expensive based on the external market conditions, the shrimp cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, the taste of the shrimp is not very prominent. It is more like eating a ball of tempura. fried food
There are a lot of ingredients and the clams are big and fresh.
You have to take your dinner plates to the side and recycle them yourself.
The tableware area is quite neat. Although the tableware is made of melamine, the bowls and plates inside are all made of glass which is pretty good.

Prawn cakes with almost no real shrimps visible
The plates were very dirty. The plates presented were very dirty. It felt like they were powdery and had not been washed. It made people question the hygiene issues.
