Located inside Beijing Station (opposite Starbucks), there are many customers here for dining on weekend nights. You can reserve a table online in advance, or you can choose to take away.
Because the distance between the tables is quite close, and it is an open kitchen, the sounds of cooking and communication in the kitchen will also come out, so the whole space will feel quite noisy.
Lemonade will be served when you first sit down, and you have to take the tableware by yourself, but there is no service charge, so it's OK
Ordered at 18:00 and the food was delivered at 18:10, which was pretty quick~
Cashew Miso Chicken Breast Cereal Energy Bowl $385
The sauce is a bit sour, mainly red wine, oil and vinegar, and the cashew miso sauce is not too obvious. This part is a bit disappointing.
The sweet potatoes are steamed and soft, which is not bad; the boiled eggs are not fully cooked, and there is a taste of being taken out after being refrigerated, which is not good; the wheat grains are a little sweet, which I like very much; the wild mushrooms have a strong taste, because I love eating mushrooms, so I highly recommend them (but people who don’t like mushrooms may be afraid haha)
The staple chicken breast is very tender and seasoned very well, very delicious!
I think the performance of this dish is above average, I might order it again next time~
Peeled chilli shrimp noodles $435
The flavor of peeled chili peppers is not very obvious, but the spiciness is considered mild to medium spiciness. People who don’t like spicy food should make their own discretion (not sure if the spiciness level can be adjusted)
There were about 5 shrimps, and they tasted quite average, not particularly surprising. The whole plate of noodles had a strong cheese flavor, and I didn’t particularly like cheese, so I personally didn’t like it (those who don’t like cheese can remind the store not to add it)
I think this one is just passable. There should be better options at the same price.
Overall, the food performance is pretty good. I will come back next time I want to eat healthy. However, I think the price is a bit expensive. If you want to be full or add some drinks and desserts, one person may need to spend more than 600 yuan.
