The texture of sweet potato balls is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. When you bite into it, there's a bit of elasticity, and the inside is soft and sweet. It's not overly greasy, making you feel more satisfied with each bite, especially with the perfect addition of plum powder.
When I brought the sweet potato balls home, they changed from crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside to slightly hard and crunchy. I think they still tasted good (maybe I just love eating crunchy things).
<About the staff 👨🍳>
The staff are super dedicated in preparing the dishes, almost everything is made on-site. The countertop is also very clean and tidy, which surprised me! They even made a mistake with the flavors of two pieces and secretly asked if I wanted to try them. Of course, being a foodie, I said yes!
